What a tease! Here's 10 seconds of Eclipse' trailer. It looks over-the-top cheesy but who am I kidding, I'll be the first one in line for that film.

Here's the latest episode of Tweet Talk, inspired after the Twitter trend #UKnowUBroke! You guys on Twitter know too well what it's like to be broke. Cheers. (For more videos, check out www.MyTweetTalk.tv)

Oscars 2010 Highlights!

Oscars are like Hollywood's prom. If you're an Oscar contender, it's a wonderful day to relax, dress up, and pat yourself in the back and say, "Congrats! You did it last year." Or, if you’re like me, holding a bowl of nachos and screaming at the TV. Yesterday's event, unlike many other Oscars in the past, was highly anticipated because not only did we have some well-known actors whose careers were on the line, we also had a possibility to make history.

Kathryn Bigelow 2010 Oscars

And history we did make! Yesterday, on International Women's Day, we cheered for Kathryn Bigelow, the first woman to win the best director award in the Oscars' 82-year history! Bigelow's movie "The Hurt Locker" also beat "Avatar" for best picture!

Jeff Bridges Oscars 2010

Another popular movie last night was "Crazy Heart", which was the lucky charm for Jeff Bridges, who won actor in leading role, beating out George Clooney "Up In the Air", Colin Firth "A Single Man", Morgan Freeman "Invictus", and Jeremy Renner "The Hurt Locker". My bets were on Brediges and Renner. Bridges had a fairly decent chance at the Academy because Hollywood loves to honor careers. It just may be the 61-year-old Bridges' last chance to be honored. Just as much as the Academy loves honoring careers, they also love a good Cinderella story, like Renner's. 2009 has been an interesting rollercoaster for him, as his ABC show "The Unusual" got cancelled and "The Hurt Locker" film thrived. George Clooney, on the other hand, must have been the most disappointed man of the night. He really needed an Oscar to secure his career amongst the Hollywood elites. He walked away with another “It’s just an honor to be nominated” speech.

Christoph Waltz' Oscars 2010

Christoph Waltz of “Inglourious Basterds” won actor in supporting role, beating Matt Damon of "Invictus", Woody Harrelson "The Messenger", Christopher Plummer "The Last Station", Stanley Tucci "The Lovely Bones". I was surprised that Matt Damon did not stand a chance with a good movie like “Invictus”, as Clint Eastwood is usually an actor’s ticket to that trophy. Maybe his accent killed it. Woody Harrelson also had a pretty fair chance. Remember I mentioned how the Academy loves to give career-gifts? Harrelson is 81st years and last night was his first time nominated last night.

Sandra Bullock Oscars 2010

Sandra Bullock, who looked like a walking trophy on the red carpet, swept away the award for actress in a leading role with the movie “Blind Side”. Julia Roberts must be pretty upset because Sandra’s role was offered to her first but she turned it down. “The Blind Side” also generated 241.7 million dollars domestically, making Sandra the highest grossing actress in a lead role. Another actress the audience really had their eyes on is Gabourey of “Prescious”. The movie is Gabourney Sidibe’s first acting role and Academy loves taking chances with new actors. Meryl Streep also had a decent chance with “Julie & Julia”. Although she’s the most Oscar-nominated actress, 16 times so far, she hasn’t won since 1982.

Mo'Nique Oscars 2010

Mo’Nique won actress in supporting role for her role in “Precious”! That was not a surprise to me, as her performance was not only strong and heart-felt in the movie but also contrasts her every day, comedienne self. There’s a real and empowering quality I love about Mo’Nique, maybe it’s her unshaven legs. Whatever the quality is, Mo’Nique beat Anna Kendrick “Up In The Air”, Maggie Gyllenhaal “Up In The Air”, Vera Farmiga “Crazy Heart”, and Penelope Cruz “Nine”. Wait, didn’t Penelope Cruz already win an Oscar last year for the exact same role in “Vicky Barcelona”? And is everyone in Twilight out-careering Robert Pattinson? Anna Kendrick is the first one of the bunch to be nominated for an Oscar!

'Tis the biggest night of the year!

Darth Vader's Voice Before Voice Over!

So this is what he sounds like!

I was browsing through Youtube and I found this viral video from the documentary "Empire of Dreams" and it contains the original track of Darth Vader's voice performed by the man who acted him - David Prowse! This is so weird! Imagine if the whole movie used Vader's original voice? What do you think?

I'm In Love...

So my PC finally died a couple of days ago. For the 4th time. This time, I think it's gone for good. We had a love-and-hate relationship, as I had no complaints besides the fact that it gets extremely slow sometimes, shuts down whenever it over-heats due to my bad habit of opening up 10 windows at the same time, and takes about 4 hours to render a video that's less than a minute long. Yup, big problemos. I should have seen it coming but I was in denial.

I went to the mall yesterday to buy a new laptop, and couldn't help but realize the crowd of users outside of the MAC store. Wait, the iPad didn't come out yet! What were those people in the store for? (Nope, it wasn't iJustine.)

Turns out that the people were just Mac fanatics congregating together window-shopping and learning final cut pro together! Either that or they're all secret shoppers paid by MAC to stand there and chat. How exciting. I grew curious and entered the store. That's when I spotted my soul-mate: Mac Book Pro 15"!

"15 inches sure is better than 13," I thought, as I gazed at the glossy screen at all its glory! I was swept off my feet by its chic-appeal, smooth type pad, and God-like speed. I had to take him home.

Mac Book Pro

Veen, if you're reading this somewhere, thanks for helping us tie the knot!

I'm officially a mac lover now, but I still got a thing for my iPhone!

Many changes resulted from the feedback of millions of users who tested prerelease versions of the new browser. The most compelling reason to upgrade is the improved security. The Internet of today is not the Internet of five years ago. There are dangers that simply didn't exist back in 2001, when Internet Explorer 6 was released to the world. Internet Explorer 7 makes surfing the web fundamentally safer by offering greater protection against viruses, spyware, and other online risks.
